Gaz started on the carpenters bench crafting store interiors over 25 years ago Manufacturing and Installing for some major luxury and mainstream brands. As well as gaining a deep understanding of retail furniture manufacturing, he became a very well respected production director of one of the UKs biggest retail joinery manufacturers. His hands-on experience, also a keen eye for detail, excellence in the field, and his communication skills have earned him a reputation.

In 2023, Gaz boldly co-founded LEAP, launching a new chapter in his already illustrious career, he also shares the MD responsibilities with Ben. His leadership and expertise have been pivotal in steering the company towards success, all while ensuring that his voice is heard above the hustle and bustle of the workshop - well, let's just say it's impossible to ignore!

But Gaz's talents don't stop there. His incredible tenacity and boundless energy drive him to pursue excellence in every endeavour.

And when he's not busy making our clients visions physical reality he’s coaching football. As well as Gaz finding solace making him self heard on the side-lines coaching kids football, he’s a keen long distance runner. His passion for sports reflects not only his active lifestyle but also his ability to inspire and lead both on and off the field.
