With a career helping brands to launch in to retail, Jamie's journey began humbly on the shop floor at Richer Sounds, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become training director, honing his skills in leadership and strategic vision. As one of the owners of Quantum 4, Jamie played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success, solidifying his reputation as a sustainability visionary in the industry.
Since selling Quantum 4 back in 2019, Jamie has transitioned into the role of business coach and detail design consultant, leveraging his expertise to guide and inspire others on their entrepreneurial journey.
Jamie's approach to problem-solving is marked by his exceptional lateral thinking skills, allowing him to uncover innovative solutions and navigate complex challenges with ease. His ability to see beyond the surface and explore alternative perspectives has been instrumental in driving LEAP's success and positioning the company as a leader in the field.
Outside of the industry Jamie's passion lies in sailing, where he finds solace and excitement on the open water.
