hand of every project. With over 35 years in the industry, Spencer brings
a wealth of experience across project management, manufacturing,
and retail fit-out.

He’s seen it all and more importantly, knows exactly how to
get things done. From the workshop floor to complex on-site delivery, Spencer combines deep technical knowledge with practical know-how, ensuring every detail meets
LEAP’s high standards.
His background gives him an instinctive understanding of how things are made and how to make them better. Spencer’s calm control and can-do attitude keep even the most demanding projects running smoothly. But it’s not all work with Spencer’s also the social heartbeat of any crew. Whether he’s rallying the team with a quick joke, hitting a bullseye at the dartboard in the studio, or outside of work serving aces on the tennis court, he brings people together wherever he goes.
When he’s not on site, he’s probably on a beach somewhere in the world, recharging for the next big challenge. Spencer’s mix of expertise, energy, and good humour makes him an invaluable part of LEAP the perfect blend of precision and personality.
